Ok, so **WHEN** will we see DEADWOOD's REAL FINALE? I loved Deadwood more than anything I have ever seen on TV and I've never been a western type person. I felt not only confused and disappointed, but very betrayed at the way things were left just hanging and have boycotted any of HBO's mini series since. I was extremely DEVASTATED when Milch abruptly shot Jim Beaver's character "Ellsworth" out of the story and still am, as he was such a HUGE part and personality of Deadwood. In my opinion, Jim Beaver was one of the 2 BEST ACTORS on Deadwood and MY PERSONAL FAVORITE!! I literally cried, "WHY, WHY, WHY HIM ?" I love them all and a special "HATS OFF" to Ian McShane, "The Prince", my other favorite!! ~

(thanks wifey) I enjoyed it... i wasn't expecting the next greatest film, but realized who the target audience is and watched it for what it was.

I did find some of the dialogue humorous in a lighthearted way and couldn't take it as a serious moment... but that is just me and in no way a reflection of the acting.
